Criteria for Nomination

  • Must be in good standing with the league

  • Must be a top performer in one or more of the following:
    • Hitting
    • Pitching

Because league statistics are limited to records kept from 2016 to the present (with some earlier data), nominees from earlier years will be considered based on the HOF Nomination Form. Supporting documentation such as newspaper clippings, photos, and letters of recommendation is encouraged. The 500-game requirement does not apply to earlier nominees.

COMMITTEE

The HOF Committee consists of 11 members, including a chairperson, who will review and vote on all applications received before December 1st each year. At least 8 of 11 votes are required for induction. Voting is conducted by secret ballot in mid-December. Inductees are honored at the annual All-Star game.

The committee operates independently from the BOD, and BOD members may not serve on the committee. The initial committee was established by Ziggy Zigray and includes individuals with knowledge of league history and players.

If a committee member must be replaced, a vote will be held among current members to appoint a replacement.
